Have a change of plans? With Kurosim, you can request a refund within 90 days after the day of purchase.
Type of refunds



Refund for Service Withdrawal
If your plans have changed for some reason.
To be eligible for a refund, you must meet all of the following requirements:
- The eSIM has not been installed on your device;
- The eSIM has not been connected to the supported destination network;
- The refund request must be submitted within 90 days of the purchase date.
- Include a clear and acceptable reason for the cancellation.
Network Issue
If the eSIM cannot be used due to an issue caused by Kurosim, or if the destination country's network infrastructure is unstable, we can offer you with a full refund.
To be eligible for a refund, you must meet all of the following requirements:
- The eSIM usage is less than 100 MB;
- The eSIM is still within its validity period;
- The refund request must be submitted within 90 days of the purchase date. If the eSIM is activated 90 days after the purchase date, the refund request will be valid until the eSIM’s validity period expires (as stated in point 2); and
- You must provide concrete proof of the issue with the purchased eSIM.
Incompatible Device
If you purchased the eSIM and it turned out to be incompatible with your device, we will provide a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, you must meet all of the following requirements:
- The eSIM has not been installed on your device;
- The eSIM has not been connected to the supported destination network; and
- The refund request must be submitted within 90 days of the purchase date.
This refund can be sent to your bank account.
- Refunds to bank accounts will incur a fee of IDR 3.500, broken down as follows:
- IDR 2.500 for transfer fees.
- IDR 1.000 as a service fee.
Important Notes
- Refunds in the Form of Kuro Points
- Refunds issued as Kuro Points will not incur any fees, and you will receive a full refund.
- Refund processing to Kuro Points will take a maximum of 1 business day.
- Refunds to Bank Accounts
- Processing refunds to bank accounts will take a maximum of 3 business days.
- Refunds can only be issued to bank accounts and are not available for e-Wallets such as OVO, GoPay, or Dana.
