- You must provide the reasons for it
- Requests must be submitted within 90 days after the day of purchase

If the eSIM cannot be used due to a kurosim issue, or if the destination country's network infrastructure is unstable, we can offer you with a full refund

- The eSIM has been used for less than 100 MB of use
- Still on a validity period of time
- Requests must be submitted within 90 days after the day of purchase

If you purchased the eSIM and it turned out to be incompatible with your device, we will provide you with a full refund.
